Top 5 Theme Parks Apps on iOS in Belgium Q3 2022

Throughout the third quarter of 2022, the performance of the top 5 theme park apps on iOS in Belgium showed varied trends in downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the data from Sensor Tower.

Disneyland® Paris saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 1.2K in late June and peaking at around 1.4K by the end of September. Weekly active users also followed an upward trajectory, growing from about 2.3K to 2.7K over the same period.

For Phantasialand, weekly downloads fluctuated, with a significant peak of roughly 1K in mid-July before declining to around 500 by the end of September. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 716, peaking at 1.1K in late July, and then tapering off to around 676 by the end of the quarter.

Europa-Park & Rulantica experienced a mixed performance. Weekly downloads ranged from 240 in late June to a high of 563 in early August, before dropping to 130 by the end of September. Active users followed a similar pattern, with numbers peaking at 542 in late July and then decreasing to 183 by the end of the quarter.

Universal Studios Hollywood™ had a steady increase in weekly downloads in July, reaching a peak of 213, but saw a decline to about 52 by the end of September. Active users started at 109 in late June and increased to 363 by the end of July, before settling at around 200 by the end of the quarter.

Finally, LEGOLAND® Billund Resort demonstrated growth in early Q3, with weekly downloads peaking at 211 in mid-August, but then sharply declining to single digits by September. Active users increased from 46 in late June to a high of 260 in mid-August, before dropping to 114 by the end of the quarter.
